Fletcher Michael is the author of the novels Vulture (Rebel Satori Press), Glass Bottle Season, and Sidewalk Dance (both Keylight Books). His essays, short fiction, and humor have appeared in McSweeney’s Internet Tendency, the Lindenwood Review, Points in Case, Literary Imagination, Jane Austen’s Wastebasket, and Slackjaw, among many others. He is the founder of the Infinite Monkey Theater Company, through which he writes, directs, produces, and performs in plays including Did You Charge Your Phone for the End of the World?, (a selection of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival); First Liar on the Moon; and the Off-Broadway sketch comedy show Chimp Cocktail. He has taught for the Catholic University Writing Center, and he holds a BA from Salve Regina University and an MA in English Literature from Catholic University of America
