What a sweet book. I had gotten this second hand from a neighbor. It looked really cute. This is a short book with a lot of pictures of the wild moose and domesticated cow, Jessica. While this book may be intended for kids, I'd recommend this to anyone who loves animals. A wild moose wanders onto a family's farm and seems to become quite fond of Jessica. He leans his head on her while she eats, pushes food toward her, lays next to her for long periods of time. I'm surprised Disney has never tried making a movie out of this story! This true story could possibly warm the coldest of hearts. I like that they include pictures and have facts about the animals as well as this heartwarming story. Easy read and I loved it. 😍 🫎🐄🤎🤍

This is a very cute story about a moose who falls in love with a cow named Jessica. There's interesting facts about moose and lots of photographs of the moose and Jessica.
I'm glad that I had the opportunity to read this wonderful story.

What a charming book! Larry Carrara recalls an incredible year when a male moose came onto their farm property and made friends with one of their cattle. The book includes a lot of helpful information and facts about moose, making it educational on top of the thrill of the gorgeous full-color images all throughout! My mom picked this up for me at an estate sale because I love moose, and this nonfiction story does not disappoint! (Except that it's so short!) Thanks for sharing Josh with us!

I have absolutley fallen in love with this story. Very down to earth and practical true story with alot of heart felt information from the originators who documented the moose that fell in love with their cow. A must have for anyone who loves wildlife.
